Ingredients, envelopes:
- French pastry – 1 pack
- 1 broccoli
- 200 g Grikios salad cheese
Ingredients, garlic sauce:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cut the French pastry into slices. Brush each slice with garlic sauce, add cooked broccoli florets and pieces of salad cheese. Form small envelopes and bake approx. 30 min.
